This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments that would optimize the conditions for normal function. Dr. Vassigh and his wife, Shaly, own the wellness center together as part of their shared lifelong dream to serve others with holistic health. They were married in 2008 and live in Phoenix, Arizona with their two boys.

I am a 1982 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. I recently relocated to Tempe, Arizona to continue my education in nutrition. I provided health and wellness care for the Sacramento California area for 35 years using chiropractic, functional medicine nutrition, and homeopathy. I look forward to providing the same quality care to you and this office.
Having a healthy lifestyle is personal. I eat, sleep, breath and study everything from the latest diet trends to what new diagnostics are available to my patients.
I believe our health is a journey not a destination. We each come in with genetic predispositions, have illness or injury that influence our health mentally, physically and emotionally.
Treating the whole person at the place they arrive in my office is my personal goal. People tend to feel like they need to confess their sins when they sit and give me their history. I work very hard to reassure them that there is no judgement on where they start and what they do. The focus is on where you want to go and the best way to achieve your goals
My goal is to get enough information to know where to start and how to create a plan that we can successfully execute together. I love working with people who are not looking for a quick fix or a “magic pill”. Permanent change is made one baby step at a time. Building a solid foundation of “new habits” not “quick Fixes”.
